When a cashier reports the shelf number does not match the app.
Step-by-step
- Open Stock Movements. Filter by that product.
- Review last week. Check sales, purchases, adjustments, transfers.
- Look for anomalies. Negative stock, double entries, unknown adjustments.
- Compare with shelf. Physically count.
- Do a stock count. Reconcile via adjustment.
Common issues
- Offline sync caused negative stock: do a stock count.
- Purchase entered in wrong unit: edit the purchase record with support.
