Login Issues: Phone Number, PIN, Password
Cannot sign in? Try these steps in order.
Login problems are almost always one of three things: wrong number format, wrong password, or locked account.
When to use this
When you cannot get past the login screen.
Step-by-step
- Check phone format. Include country code: 237 for Cameroon, e.g. 237 6XX XXX XXX.
- Check caps lock. Passwords are case-sensitive.
- Forgot Password. Tap the link; a reset code is sent by SMS.
- PIN reset. A manager resets from Team > Staff.
- Account locked. Wait 5 minutes after 5 wrong tries.
- Still stuck. WhatsApp support: +237 6 92 87 18 49.
Common issues
- SMS not arriving: confirm the phone number; check signal.
- Wrong country code: update in account settings.
