App Is Slow or Crashes

Make SmartSell snappy again.

Performance problems usually come from the phone, not from SmartSell itself.

When to use this

When menus lag, buttons don't respond, or the app closes unexpectedly.

Step-by-step

  1. Update the app. Play Store or App Store.
  2. Close other apps. Free memory.
  3. Restart the phone.
  4. Clear cache. Settings > Apps > SmartSell > Storage > Clear Cache.
  5. Free up storage. Keep at least 1 GB free.
  6. Reinstall. Last resort; data is safe on the server.

Common issues

  • Old phone: SmartSell needs Android 8+ or iOS 13+.
  • Full storage: free up photos, videos, or unused apps.
