Bulk Pricing Tiers for Wholesale Customers

Give automatic discounts when customers buy in large quantities.

Pricing tiers let you reward customers who buy in bulk without having to calculate discounts manually.

When to use this

Useful when you sell to both retail and wholesale customers, or when you want to encourage larger orders.

Step-by-step

  1. Open the product. Go to Products and select the item.
  2. Tap Pricing Tiers. You will see a table.
  3. Add tier rows. For example: 1+ at 1000 XAF, 10+ at 950 XAF, 50+ at 900 XAF.
  4. Save. At POS, the price updates automatically as quantity crosses each threshold.
  5. Optional: mark customers as wholesale. They will see tier pricing from the first unit.

Common issues

  • Discount not applied: the quantity did not reach the tier threshold. Check the tier minimums.
  • Wrong tier at POS: tiers are per product, not per cart total. Verify the tier on the product.
