Step-by-step
- Open Warehouses. Pick the source.
- Tap Transfer.
- Choose destination branch.
- Add products and quantities.
- Confirm. A transfer document is created.
- Branch confirms receipt. Stock becomes available at the branch.
Common issues
- Stock in transit: it left the warehouse but not yet received. Ask the branch to confirm.
- Quantity mismatch on arrival: the branch enters the actual received quantity; the system creates an adjustment.
