Print Barcode Labels for Products

Generate and print barcode labels for single products or batches.

Barcode labels make POS scanning fast and inventory counts accurate.

When to use this

Print labels when you receive new stock, change prices, or set up a new store.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Products. Go to the product catalog.
  2. Select items. Tick the checkbox next to each product, or use Select All.
  3. Tap Print Labels. Choose the label format: thermal roll (40x30 mm) or A4 sheet (21 labels per page).
  4. Set quantity per product. For example, print 10 labels of each.
  5. Preview and print. A PDF opens. Send it to your thermal or office printer.

Common issues

  • Barcodes unreadable: zoom or scale is off. Make sure printer scaling is 100%.
  • Label too small: pick a larger template or reduce text fields shown on the label.
