When to use this
When a manager fills in as a cashier at a second shop, or a shared bookkeeper oversees several branches.
Step-by-step
- Open Team > Staff.
- Edit staff member.
- Branch access section. List of branches.
- Pick a role per branch.
- Save.
Common issues
- Staff cannot access a branch: they have no role at that branch.
- Wrong permissions: role at that branch is too low. Upgrade.
