When a cashier reports the shelf number does not match the app.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Stock Movements. Filter by that product.
  2. Review last week. Check sales, purchases, adjustments, transfers.
  3. Look for anomalies. Negative stock, double entries, unknown adjustments.
  4. Compare with shelf. Physically count.
  5. Do a stock count. Reconcile via adjustment.

Common issues

  • Offline sync caused negative stock: do a stock count.
  • Purchase entered in wrong unit: edit the purchase record with support.
