Sales Not Syncing: Diagnosis and Fixes

When pending sales refuse to upload, here is how to fix it.

Pending sales mean the POS captured them, but the server has not yet accepted them.

When to use this

When the pending badge does not decrease, or when numbers don't match reports.

Step-by-step

  1. Check internet. Try opening any website.
  2. Tap Sync manually. On the POS toolbar.
  3. Open pending list. Tap a failed item to see the error.
  4. Log out and back in. Refreshes the auth token.

Common issues

  • Token expired: re-login fixes it.
  • Product deleted on server: support has to reattach the product.
  • Stock mismatch: server blocks if stock went negative.
