Assign Roles per Branch

Same person, different roles at different branches.

Per-branch roles give you flexible, fine-grained control over who can do what, where.

When to use this

When a manager fills in as a cashier at a second shop, or a shared bookkeeper oversees several branches.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Team > Staff.
  2. Edit staff member.
  3. Branch access section. List of branches.
  4. Pick a role per branch.
  5. Save.

Common issues

  • Staff cannot access a branch: they have no role at that branch.
  • Wrong permissions: role at that branch is too low. Upgrade.
