Monitor Branch Connectivity

See which branches are online and when one drops offline.

Branch connectivity tells you if a shop is selling right now or stuck without a connection.

When to use this

Every morning, and whenever sales numbers look unexpectedly low.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Dashboard. Or the Branches list.
  2. Look at the status dots. Green, orange or red.
  3. Tap a branch. See last seen time.
  4. Take action. Call the manager if offline.

Common issues

  • Branch marked offline but selling: offline sales still happen, they sync later.
  • Flapping status: weak WiFi. Improve the router or signal.
