Using the POS

Process sales from start to finish using the POS.

Open the POS

  1. From your business dashboard, find your branch and tap Open POS.
  2. Log in with your agent credentials (username/phone and password or PIN).
  3. The POS will load your products, inventory, and settings.

Make a sale

  1. Find a product: use the search bar, browse by category, or tap the barcode scanner button to scan.
  2. Add to cart: tap a product to add it. Tap again to increase quantity, or use the +/- buttons in the cart.
  3. Adjust price (if allowed): tap the pencil icon next to the price to change it.
  4. Add a discount: tap "Add discount" on any item to apply a line discount.
  5. Select payment method: choose Cash, Mobile Money, or Card.
  6. Enter the Amount Paid. The change due is calculated automatically.
  7. Tap Complete Sale.

The receipt will print or display automatically. Tap New Sale to start the next transaction.

POS toolbar

  • Sync button – manually sync pending transactions.
  • Sales History – view past transactions.
  • Credit Management – view and manage credit sales.
  • Product Stats – view sales analytics for a product.
  • Online/Offline indicator – shows your connection status.
  • Pending count – number of transactions waiting to sync.
