Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

Change your subscription and pro-rate charges.

You can move between plans at any time without losing data.

When to use this

When your team grows, when you open a new branch, or during a slow season.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Settings > Subscription.
  2. Tap Change Plan.
  3. Pick new plan.
  4. Review charges. Pro-rated for the remaining cycle.
  5. Pay. Mobile money or card.
  6. Confirm.

Common issues

  • Downgrade blocked: you exceed the lower plan limits. Remove extra branches or users first.
  • Payment failed: try a different method or retry in a minute.
