Step-by-step
- Open Settings > Subscription.
- Tap Change Plan.
- Pick new plan.
- Review charges. Pro-rated for the remaining cycle.
- Pay. Mobile money or card.
- Confirm.
Common issues
- Downgrade blocked: you exceed the lower plan limits. Remove extra branches or users first.
- Payment failed: try a different method or retry in a minute.
