See what each cashier sold during their shift.
Shift reports show you exactly what happened during each cashier's session.
When to use this
Every morning to review the previous day, or whenever a count is off.
Step-by-step
- Open Reports > Shift Reports.
- Filter. Branch, cashier, date range.
- Tap a shift.
- Review. Sales total, payment methods, refunds, cash variance.
- Export. Share as PDF or CSV.
Common issues
- Shift not listed: it was not closed. Close from the POS.
- Variance every shift: retrain cashiers on cash counting.
