PIN Login for Sales Agents

PINs let cashiers switch at shift change without typing phone numbers and passwords.

When to use this

Any shop with two or more cashiers sharing a POS device.

Step-by-step

1. Open Team > Staff.
2. Edit a staff member.
3. Tap Set PIN. Enter 4 to 6 digits.
4. Save.
5. At POS, tap Switch User. The cashier enters their PIN.

Common issues

• Wrong PIN: after 5 tries, the account locks for 5 minutes.
• Lost PIN: a manager resets it from the staff profile.
