Manage Stock Alerts: Who Gets Notified, When

Configure the people and rules behind low-stock warnings.

Stock alerts protect you from running out, but only if the right people get them at the right time.

When to use this

After setting reorder points, or when alerts feel noisy.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Notifications > Stock Alerts.
  2. Add recipients. Owner, managers, or custom.
  3. Channel. In-app, email, SMS.
  4. Frequency. Immediate or daily digest.
  5. Quiet hours. For example 10pm to 7am.
  6. Save.

Common issues

  • Too many alerts: switch from immediate to daily digest.
  • Wrong person alerted: remove from the recipients list.
