Manage Customer Credits

Track outstanding credits and record payments.

Manage customer credits

  1. Go to Customers in the sidebar.
  2. You will see a list of all credit sales with customer name, status, total, paid, and balance.
  3. Use the status tabs to filter: All, Active, Partial, Paid, Overdue.
  4. Use the search box to find a customer by name.
  5. Tap a row to expand it and see the credit items and payment history.

Record a payment

  1. Find the credit with an outstanding balance.
  2. Tap Record Payment.
  3. Enter the Amount (up to the balance due).
  4. Select the Payment Method: Cash, Mobile Money, or Bank Transfer.
  5. Add an optional Note.
  6. Tap Record Payment.

Summary cards at the top show Total Outstanding, Active Credits, and Overdue count.
