Manage Customer Credits
Track outstanding credits and record payments.
Manage customer credits
- Go to Customers in the sidebar.
- You will see a list of all credit sales with customer name, status, total, paid, and balance.
- Use the status tabs to filter: All, Active, Partial, Paid, Overdue.
- Use the search box to find a customer by name.
- Tap a row to expand it and see the credit items and payment history.
Record a payment
- Find the credit with an outstanding balance.
- Tap Record Payment.
- Enter the Amount (up to the balance due).
- Select the Payment Method: Cash, Mobile Money, or Bank Transfer.
- Add an optional Note.
- Tap Record Payment.
Summary cards at the top show Total Outstanding, Active Credits, and Overdue count.
