Set Up SMS and Phone Notifications

SMS and phone notifications reach you even when you are away from the app.

When to use this

For critical events you must not miss: security, big stock shortages, daily summaries.

Step-by-step

1. Open Settings > Notifications.
2. Add phone numbers. Verify with a code.
3. Pick events for SMS. Low stock, shift close, daily summary.
4. Pick events for calls. Critical only, to avoid spam.
5. Save.

Common issues

• No SMS received: the number is not verified, or out of credits.
• Too many calls: reduce the call events to critical.
