Schedule Automatic Sales Reports

Scheduled reports land in your inbox without you having to open the app.

When to use this

If you manage from a distance, or want a morning summary before opening the shop.

Step-by-step

1. Open Reports > Scheduled Reports.
2. Tap New Schedule.
3. Pick frequency. Daily, weekly or monthly.
4. Pick report type. Sales, profit, shift.
5. Add recipients. Email, phone number for WhatsApp.
6. Set send time. For example 7am daily.
7. Save.

Common issues

• Report not received: check spam, verify the email is correct.
• Numbers missing: the reporting window finished before all sales synced.
